These are the two documents that come inside the download, reproduced here so you can read them before you buy rather than after. They are the same text, word for word.
End user license agreement
YERBA TRENDLINE · END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT · v0.2.0 · 2026-09-20
This agreement is between you (the "Buyer") and Deadlink Labs, Buenos Aires,
Argentina (the "Seller", deadlinklabs.com). It covers the Yerba Trendline
indicator for TradingView, delivered as a Pine Script source file together
with its documentation (the "Product").
By purchasing, downloading or using the Product you accept these terms. If
you do not accept them, do not download or use the Product.
1. WHAT YOU GET
The Product is licensed to you, not sold. On payment the Seller grants you a
personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:
a) install the Product on TradingView accounts that you personally own and
use, on any number of your own devices;
b) use it on any chart, for your own trading and study;
c) modify the source for your own use;
d) receive every update to the Product for as long as it is actively
maintained (see section 4).
The license is perpetual for the version you downloaded and for every update
you receive, subject to section 9.
The Product is delivered as source code so that it can be installed. Access
to the source grants no rights beyond this section.
2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
a) share, give away, lend, rent, sell, resell, sublicense or otherwise
distribute the Product or any part of it, modified or not, to any third
party, in any form, on any platform;
b) publish the Product, or a script derived from it, on TradingView in any
form: not as open-source, not as protected, not as invite-only, not
under any other name;
c) post it to any code repository, forum, chat group, file host or
marketplace;
d) use the Product, or a script derived from it, as the basis of a product
or service that you offer to others, paid or free;
e) remove or alter any copyright notice, license reference or attribution
in the file;
f) present the Product, or any part of it, as your own work.
A license is for one person. If you want to give the Product to someone
else, they buy their own copy.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Product, its source code, its documentation and its name are the
property of the Seller and are protected by copyright law and international
treaties. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership to you.
"TradingView" and "Pine Script" are trademarks of TradingView, Inc. The
Seller is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TradingView, Inc.
Your use of TradingView is governed by their own terms.
4. UPDATES AND SUPPORT
Updates are included for the life of the Product. "The life of the Product"
means for as long as the Seller actively maintains it, which is at the
Seller's sole discretion. There is no guaranteed update cadence, no promised
feature and no minimum duration. When maintenance stops, the license you
hold continues under section 1 and nothing further is owed.
Updates are delivered through the store you bought from. Installing an
update is up to you.
Support is offered through the contact form at deadlinklabs.com/about, for
installation problems, errors and bug reports. It is best effort, with no
response-time commitment. Support does not include trading advice, market commentary,
custom development, or help with TradingView itself.
5. DELIVERY, PRICE AND REFUNDS
The Product is a digital file delivered immediately on payment. By
completing the purchase you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that,
once the file has been delivered, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal
that would otherwise apply to it.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, with one exception: if the Product will not compile in
a current TradingView Pine Editor and the Seller cannot fix that within 14
days of your report, you will be refunded in full. Report it through the
contact form at deadlinklabs.com/about, or through the store you bought
from.
A compile error caused by an incomplete paste, by your own modifications, or
by a TradingView change the Seller has already fixed in a later version does
not qualify.
The price is the one shown at checkout. Taxes, currency conversion fees and
payment-processor fees are as applied by the store at checkout.
Because the Product is delivered immediately, a payment dispute or chargeback
filed after delivery, other than under the exception above, is a breach of
this agreement and will be contested with the delivery record.
6. NO WARRANTY
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY,
NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT IT WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
In particular, the Seller does not warrant that:
a) the Product will produce profitable trades, or any particular result;
b) the parameter table is correct for any asset, or that it will remain
correct as markets change;
c) alerts will fire, or fire on time; that depends on TradingView's
infrastructure;
d) the Product will continue to work after changes to TradingView, Pine
Script or the data feeds it depends on;
e) the Product's alerts will be available on your TradingView plan. Alert
availability, limits and delivery are set by TradingView; at the date of
this version, alerts on indicators require a paid TradingView plan.
Your only remedy for dissatisfaction with the Product is the refund
described in section 5, where it applies.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SELLER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY
LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, ARISING
OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PRODUCT OR THIS AGREEMENT, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER
ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE SELLER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE PRODUCT IS LIMITED
TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. Where
that is the case, the exclusions and limitations above apply to the fullest
extent those laws allow.
8. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
The Product is an analytical tool. It is not investment, financial, trading
or legal advice, and nothing about it is a recommendation to buy, sell or
hold anything. The Seller is not a registered investment adviser, broker or
financial institution in any jurisdiction. You alone are responsible for
your trading decisions and their consequences. Read DISCLAIMER.txt, which
forms part of this agreement.
9. TERMINATION
This license ends automatically if you breach section 2. On termination you
must delete every copy of the Product in your possession, including any
scripts derived from it, and stop using it. Sections 3, 6, 7, 8 and 10
survive termination.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any
dispute that cannot be resolved by email will be submitted to the ordinary
courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this agreement takes away rights that the
mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you and
that cannot be waived by agreement.
11. GENERAL
This agreement, together with DISCLAIMER.txt and the terms shown at
checkout, is the entire agreement between you and the Seller about the
Product. If any part of it is found unenforceable, the rest stands. The
Seller may update these terms for future versions of the Product; the terms
that came with the version you bought are the ones that apply to it. Failure
to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.

Read this once before you use the indicator. It forms part of LICENSE.txt.
1. WHAT THIS IS, AND IS NOT
Yerba Trendline is a technical-analysis tool. It runs a calculation on
historical price data and draws the result on your chart. That is all it
does. It does not know what you hold, what you can afford to lose, or what
is happening in the world.
It is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is NOT
investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, tax advice or legal
advice, and nothing it displays is a recommendation, solicitation or offer
to buy, sell or hold any asset. A line labelled "bullish" is the output of a
formula, not an opinion about the future.
Deadlink Labs and its owner are not a registered investment adviser, broker-
dealer, commodity trading adviser, financial institution or fiduciary in any
jurisdiction, and are not registered with or regulated by the Comision
Nacional de Valores (Argentina), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission,
the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the UK Financial Conduct
Authority, or any other financial regulator.
Before making any financial decision, consult a licensed professional who
knows your circumstances.
2. TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS
Trading and investing in cryptocurrencies, stocks, indices, derivatives and
other financial instruments carries a high level of risk. You can lose some
or all of your capital. With leverage you can lose more than you deposited.
Cryptocurrency markets in particular are volatile, lightly regulated in many
places, trade around the clock, and are exposed to exchange failures, hacks,
delistings and sudden liquidity gaps.
Only trade with money you can afford to lose. You alone are responsible for
every decision you make and for its consequences.
3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Nothing about this indicator guarantees, promises or implies a profit, a
win rate, a return, or protection from loss.
A trailing stop is a mechanical rule. It will be late on some moves, it will
whipsaw in ranging markets, it will flip and flip back, and it will be wrong
in ways nobody has seen yet. Where it has been right in the past says nothing
about whether it will be right tomorrow.
PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. Any historical example,
chart, screenshot or figure shown in the documentation or on the product
page is illustrative only. Any calibration figure (such as the number of
historical flip dates a parameter pair reproduces) is a statement about how
well the calculation matches a recorded history, not a statement about
trading outcomes.
HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED RESULTS HAVE INHERENT LIMITATIONS. Unlike an actual
performance record, they do not represent actual trading. No representation
is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses
similar to any shown or implied.
4. WHAT CAN GO WRONG WITH THE TOOL ITSELF
a) Data. The indicator computes on whatever data feed TradingView serves
for the chart you are looking at. Different exchanges, different
results: the same asset can flip weeks apart on two venues. Feed
errors, missing bars, delistings and exchange outages all change what
is drawn.
b) Parameters. The per-asset table is a calibration as of the date on this
file. It can be wrong for an asset, it can stop being right as markets
change, and it has not been measured on timeframes other than the
weekly. The default pair applied to unlisted assets is a best guess.
c) Warm-up. On symbols with short history the calculation has not settled
and the readings are rough. The card says so; believe it.
d) Alerts. Alerts on indicators are a TradingView feature, available on
their paid plans only, and delivered by their systems, which can be
delayed or fail. An alert is frozen on the script version it was
created with. Never rely on an alert as your only line of defence.
e) Platform changes. TradingView can change Pine Script, its data or its
terms at any time in ways that break or alter this indicator.
f) Bugs. This is software. It has bugs nobody has found yet.
5. NO AFFILIATION
This product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected
to TradingView, Inc., any exchange, any data provider, or any other
indicator, product, person or company. "TradingView" and "Pine Script" are
trademarks of TradingView, Inc.
6. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
By using this indicator you confirm that you have read and understood this
disclosure, that you accept full responsibility for your own trading and
investment decisions, and that you will not hold Deadlink Labs or its owner
liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it, as set out in
LICENSE.txt.
If you do not agree, do not use the indicator.
